Does anyone have any guidelines for creating new figurines of wondrous power, or adjusting existing ones? I'm looking at the Ironwood Hound (Level 10) from Dungeon #160, Page 54. I'd like to make it a Level 13 item, but I'm unsure what adjustments I should give it.
