According to Dickson City Police, an active warrant has been issued for Elizabeth Ostrowski, last known address is listed as Tamaqua PA.
Ostrowski is wanted for Forgery charges and Theft by Deception for passing an altered check at the NBT Bank on Main St in Dickson City.
