Hello MFC!I am new to figure collecting & I recently bought a pre-owned scale figure from AmiAmi. I decided to go with the EMS shipping option because it was cheaper than the DHL option. The most recent tracking update was on April 3 that my package has been presented to customs. It has been about a week & there has been no update. I've heard customs can take awhile. Is it unusual that there has been no update for over a week and is this a normal experience? Who would I contact to find out where my package is?
